Grief Counselling

Grief counselling provides an opportunity to talk about what has happened, understand the impacts of grief on you and your relationships.

I can provide information about practical ways to manage the pain of your loss, address the stressful and overwhelming aspects of adjusting in your day-to-day life and explore looking towards the future.

Some of the losses people talk about in counselling:
